The Britton House The Britton House is a 24 room Victorian house located at 17 Britton Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. Over the last 4 years many Collective students from all over the world have made The Britton House their home. A 10 minute walk to the Journal Square PATH train and a 20 minute train ride across the Hudson River leave you at 14th Street and 6th Avenue, just steps from The Collective. Rates are based on a minimum 3-month stay.     Private Studio $1400 (Monthly)   Nicely furnished studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen and private bath has everything including full-size bed, cable tv and wireless internet service. Apartment features hardwood floors, high ceilings, stained glass windows and beautiful architectural detail.  EuroStyle Suite $1100 single occupancy / $1350 double (Monthly) This beautifully furnished, 2 room private suite includes a full size bed, sofa-bed, refrigerator, microwave, cable tv, and wireless internet service. Shared bath. Features hardwood floors, high ceilings, stained glass windows and great architectural detail. Standard Room $850 – 950 single occupancy (Monthly) Our standard rooms at The Britton House are comfortably furnished including full size beds, refrigerator and microwave, cable tv and wireless internet service. Shared bath. Rates vary based upon room size. Economy $650 - $750 (Monthly) *Limited number available* For students on a tight budget. All the same great features in a smaller sized room with twin-sized bed, refrigerator and microwave, cable tv and wireless internet service. Shared bath. You will be notified when your application is accepted. A $500 security deposit is required  to secure a room.
